About Me

My name is Guzal Nasirova. A professional Piano Teacher, I finished Uspensky Special Academic Musical Lyceum for Gifted Children (a 12-year Music Immersion High School) and graduated from the Tashkent State Conservatory with Master's degree in Piano Pedagogy with internship in Moscow Conservatory. I teach piano since 1986 for ages 5 and above and prepare my students for piano exams, competitions and festivals. I won't tell you that piano lessons will always be fun, as sometimes a student will have to work harder than usual to achieve progress. Anyway, I believe that a good balance of fun, creativity and hard work is a key to success.  Throughout my work experience in Greater Toronto Area, I was proud to see how my students progressed and improved their piano skills, and won at piano contests such as Unionville, OMFA, Kiwanis, North York and CCC Music Festivals.
